Koi and Dragon pyography.

I have done this ply board by hand with a method called Pyography, it is a form of burning a picture into wood using a burning pen, but I have enhanced it by adding some colour to make the picture pop out.
 
It has then been varnished in UV yatch varnvish to finish in a high gloss finish with an added hook for hanging.
The board is  thick water resistant ply and is 10 x30 x 60cm. 
The wording says in Japanese' Perseverance and strength'.
 
The Koi is a strong and determind fish, it swims up river against the flow and is rewarded for his strength and persistance by being changed into the strong dragon.
